Audrey Cook

Audrey Annis Cook was born on January 6, 1980 to Terry Don Cook and Susan Marie Cook. Audrey passed away on January 16, 2026.

Audrey graduated from Belfast Area High School. She then went on to study to become an AEMT, Audrey dedicated 9 years serving the Searsport community on the ambulance and fire department.

Audrey is survived by her children Tristan Cook-Sweetland and David Maxcy, both her parents Terry Cook and Susan Cook, her siblings Terry Cook Jr, Keri Cooper and Sheila Murray, and her granddaughter Layla Maxcy. And also many uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.

She is predeceased by her granddaughter Linda Ann Maxcy, grandmother's Audrey Cook and Inez Reynolds, grandfathers Albert Cook and Alec Reynolds, uncles Michael Cook and Robert Nutting, cousins Joseph Cook and James Reynolds.

Celebration of life will be held January 24, 2026 at Belfast East Side School from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. At 1:30 PM there will be a prayer followed by a memorial talk. Memories and condolences may be shared with Audrey's family on her tribute wall.
