Audrey A. Mejia born April 18, 1956, passed from this life December 18, 2022, at the age of 66, with family members by her side. Due to her illnesses, she suffered heroically for many years. Her pain is over now. She was married to the love of her life Francisco for 39 years.
Together they had three children, David (Autumn), Daniel (Teanna), and Francisco Jr.
They were blessed with eleven grandchildren Zachariah, Destiny, Angelo, Shelby, Savannah, Josiah, Monique, Daniel, Jr., Aaliyah, Audriana, and Matias. They also have one great grandchild, Antonio.
Audrey had two brothers Rick (Florence), and Gerald aka Packy (Barbara). She was preceded in death by her parents Lora and Glen Goshorn. Audrey spent fifteen years employed as a nurse in California. The family relocated to Bloomfield where they worked for the foster care system fostering many children whose lives were enriched by their care.
Audrey loved everyone with all she had. She was kind, generous and very protective of her loved ones. There will be a big hole left in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Monday December 26, 2022 at 4:00 pm at Farmington Funeral Home.
