Aurea Sanchez, a woman of remarkable strength and love, passed away peacefully surrounded by her cherished family. She will always be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering dedication to those she loved.
Aurea was a devoted mother and grandmother, her greatest joy found in loving for her sons and grandchildren. Her home was a place of comfort, laughter, and was always filled with unforgettable memories of Aurea's wonderful cooking, the brightness of her spotless rooms, and the joy of her dance.
Her zest for life, her kindness, and her nurturing spirit touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. Aurea leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and the precious gift of family.
She will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
Today, Aurea walks with the angels, her spirit shining brightly in heaven.
Visiting Hours on Friday, July 25th, 2025 from 11am to 1pm at the Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street in South Boston. Followed by interment in Fairview Cemetery in Hyde Park.
