Autumn was the daughter of William Lee Meadows and Carla Jean Dhority Meadows. She was affiliated with the Silver Point Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Meadows who passed away Feb. 10, 2023.
Survived by: spouse Brent Whitehead; sons Jordan Schipp and Nate Whitehead both of Silver Point, TN; daughters, Neva Whitehead and Neyland Whitehead both of Silver Point, TN; mother, Carla Jean Meadows of Silver Point, TN; brother, Sam Meadows of Cookeville, TN; sister and Chelsea Meadows of Silver Point, TN. Other relatives and friends also survive.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 from 11 am to 1 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 1 pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Fox officiating. Burial will follow in John Young Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to assist with funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home.,

I never got the chance to get to know autumn well. However the few times i did see her she was always so polite! My prayers are with her family! I am so very sorry for this loss and hurt. Please if ever any of you need something feel free to let me know. Chelsea I haven't seen you in so long! I'm always here for you! I love you! Keep your head up the best ya can! Rest in Peace Autumn!
