Arnold Trevathan Obituary
Arnold was the son of Arnold Derwood Trevathan and Betty Lucille Hooten Trevathan. Arnold loved his family and was happiest when they were around him. His greatest blessing was his grandchildren. They lovingly called him 'Papa'. Arnold always had a love for music and enjoyed singing karaoke.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter: Meagan Trevathan.
Arnold is survived by his spouse: Kathleen; son: John (Amy) Trevathan of Rickman, TN; daughters: Samantha (Casey) Korte of Livingston, TN, Leanne (Clayton) Mathis of Smithville, TN; brothers: Joe (Michelle) Trevathan of Hilham, TN, Vincent (Tammy) Trevathan of MI, Brent Trevathan of MI, Wayne Trevathan of MI; grandchildren: Avery Korte of TN, Declan Korte of TN, Kaiden Kent of TN, Ezra Harris of TN, and mother of his children: Lisa Trevathan Gunnari of Michigan. Several other relatives and friends also survive.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Visitation starts at 2 PM until time of services at 4 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made to help assist with funeral expenses.
Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (931) 268-1550
