Barbara Bieniewicz

Barbara A. Bieniewicz, 86 of Harbor Springs died May 15, 2025 with family by her side. She was born December 21, 1938 in Detroit the daughter of Casimir and Eleanor Kubinski.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Laura (Gary) Meyer of Chicago, IL, Donna (Manuel) Ayala of Austin, TX, Mary (Patrick) Daly of Livonia, James (Nydia) Bieniewicz of Livonia, daughter in law Kristen Bieniewicz of Westland, grandchildren, Annie, Sofie, Paige, Kyle, Joslynn, Josh, Keegen, Victoria and Sloane. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Bieniewicz, son John Bieniewicz, brothers John and James Kubinski and her parents.

Barbara loved her family deeply. She loved spending time with her kids and grandchildren. Barbara adored her grandchildren, everything she did, she did for them. She found great joy in being with them, playing, crafting, reading, laughing with and loving each one. She enjoyed strawberry picking every summer to make her own jelly. Barbara enjoyed baking with her children and grandchildren, especially pies. She loved to dance with her husband, Joe, especially to a Polka, Waltz or Oberek. Barbara loved taking family vacations every summer. She loved to pack up the family and hit the road, whether it was up north, or out west. Barbara was always up for an adventure. She enjoyed traveling to Mexico, Alaska, Texas, out west, New York, Boston and Chicago. Barbara loved sewing, quilting, and planting her annuals every spring.

No services are planned at this time, however, a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
