Barbara Bush-Dullea

PEABODY - Barbara (Stuart) Bush Dullea, 67 of Peabody, beloved wife of the late Michael Dullea, passed away on Friday, October 24th, 2025 at Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Danvers.

Born in Salem, she was the daughter of Gertrude (Stuart) Vieira and the late Albert Stuart. She was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of Salem High School.

Outgoing and kind it was no wonder Barbara had great success as a hairdresser at Borick's Salon in Beverly where many clients became lifelong friends. She was a caring and supportive School van driver for several years and prior to retirement had been employed by the City of Peabody Higgins Middle School cafeteria where she served lunch with a side of laughter and lively spirit making her a favorite among her co-workers. Barbara loved to travel with her family, most of all she found great solace on the ocean. A beautiful day for her was sitting on a boat with the wind blowing through her hair. She had an affinity for animals, and a deep love of dogs, especially her dog Jilly. Barbara will be deeply missed by all who know and love her.

Surviving Barbara in addition to her mother Gertrude of Middleton, is her son Cori Bush of New Hampshire, her siblings, Theresa Medeiros and her husband Joseph of Middleton, Michael Stuart of Salem and Debra Valentine of Peabody and several nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service which will be held at O'Donnell Cremations – Funerals – Celebrations, 167 Maple St., (Rte. 62) Danvers on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 11 A.M. Burial at Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem. A short visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 to 11 AM.
