Barbara Ann Rawson Child passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family, September 21, 2023. Born June 20, 1946, she lived in West Point and Clearfield.
She spent her adult life living in West Haven. Although she served in many church and community callings, she exemplified her calling as a mother to her six kids.
Barbara is survived by her forever husband, Leland; six kids, Robin (Robert Farris, Jr), LeAnn (Larry Dickerson), Adam (Jodean Child), Heidi (Shaun Hansen), Angela, and Timothy; 17 grandkids and 17 great-grandkids; and 3 brothers, Merlin Duane, David, and Shirl Rawson. She was preceded in death by her baby girl, Susan; parents, Merlin and Marjorie Rawson; and brother, Blair.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, West Weber Cemetery.
