Barbara was born in Vassar, MI on March 2, 1940 to Russell and Beryl Cole. She enjoyed making crafts, oil painting, baking, gardening and bowling.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Closson; children: Ronda (Mitch) Drew and Brian (Jennifer) Closson; grandchildren: Scott Drew, Eric Drew, Brianna Drew, and Megan Closson; great grandchildren: Carson, Raelynn, and Levi; sister, Shirley Boyd, and sister-in-law: Jeannette Birchfield. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Ruth Locke and Lynn Cole.
