Barbara was born in Warren on May 12, 1940, the daughter of the late Thomas and May Warner Copeland.
Mrs. Copeland was a graduate of Lakeview High School. Following high school, she furthered her education at Kent State University where she obtained her associates degree.
A lifelong resident of Warren, she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Warren where she was an elder, deacon and served on various committees. Barbara was also active in the Trumbull New Theatre. Barbara enjoyed treating herself to dining out once again and her kitchen stove was ornamental only,
She retired as a clerk for the Trumbull County Auditors Office after 40 years.
She was survived by several cousins.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her niece and nephew Sandra Mae Chadwick and Earnest Thomas Pappas.

Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024, in the First Presbyterian Church 256 Mahoning Ave NW, Warren, OH 44483.
A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the church.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Wm Nicholas Funeral Home & Cremation Services 614 Warren Ave. Niles, OH 44446.
