On April 5, 2025, of Philadelphia. Age 81. Dear sister of Josephine Verrecchio and the late Leanora DeFeo. Loving aunt of Frederick DeFeo Sr. (Donna), Valerie Boychuck, Corinne Scott (Chris), Frederick DeFeo Jr. (Erin), and Mark DeFeo. Proud great-aunt to many nieces and nephews. Loved by many extended family members and dear friends.
Bobbie was born and raised in South Philly. She loved her neighborhood and was always chatting it up with her neighbors outside. She loved to talk and reminisce about the "old days" and was always ready to catch up on a phone call.
Bobbie loved to shop. One of her favorite things to do was "go in town" (center city) and buy things, usually clothes. She was always looking for things to buy for "the kids" and was always very proud of her finds. She didn't have any children of her own, so the kids in the family were always the apple of her eye.
Family and friends are welcome to attend her viewing Friday, April 11th 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:45 AM at Our Lady of Peace/St. Mary's Church, 32 Carroll Ave., Williamstown. Entombment All Saints Cemetery, Newfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bobbie's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
