Barbara Reed "Bobbi" Esquerre

Barbara "Bobbi" Reed Esquerré, of Covington, Louisiana, passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 84. She was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, born on April 26, 1938. Bobbi leaves behind two sons, Kevin (Elizabeth) and Michael Esquerré; three grandchildren, Keith Jr. (Lindsey), Bryce, and Miles Esquerré; and two great-grandchildren, Keith III and Brynn Esquerré.
Bobbi is preceded in death by her husband, Norman Esquerré; one son, Keith Esquerré; her parents, Howard Reed and Kathleen Stroble Reed; and a brother, Reverend H. William "Billy" Reed.
Bobbi attended the University of New Orleans and spent many years as a homemaker. She was a devout Catholic. Bobbi was tireless in caring for her family and enjoyed playing the piano, exercising, and working crossword puzzles.
Bobbi's family would like to express a special thanks to both Omni Home Care and Hospice of St. Tammany for the excellent care and support provided in her final days.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation/Celebration of Life for both Bobbi and Norman on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Audubon Funeral Home in Slidell. A Funeral Mass will begin in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Bobbi and Norman will be laid to rest together in a private ceremony following services.
