In loving memory of Barbara K. Hackmaster, daughter of Hubert Farrell Kinkead and Barbara Averill Kinkead, who passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 13, 2023. She was born on November 11, 1935.
Barbara has been reunited in heaven with late husband John Hackmaster Jr. and sons John W. Hackmaster III and Brian S. Hackmaster. She is survived by her daughters Kimberly L. Scarborough (husband) Kenneth A. Scarborough and Amy B. Hackmaster, grandchildren Kenneth A. Scarborough Jr. (wife) Katie and Jody L. Scarborough (fiance) Matt, brother Denniston Kinkead (wife) Barbara, and nephew Denniston Kinkead (wife) Karen.
After serving as a court reporter for years in Washington DC, she became a long time resident of Warminster, PA where she spent 45 years as a well accomplished realtor for Remax Associates and Homestar Realty. She enjoyed many weeks in Ocean City, NJ. With trips up to AC to play blackjack. Barbara was the life of any party. She had a kind word for anyone that she spoke to. Her favorite sayings were "This too shall pass" and "Don't you love it". She was often told of her resemblance to Elizabeth Taylor. Barbara will be deeply missed.
Memorial services for Barbara will be held at Whitemarsh Memorial Park on 5/20/23 at 11:00 am.

Miss Barb was the sweetest lady. I delivered Meals on Wheels to her on Thursdays. It was a pleasure to check in on her and get to know her. She will be missed. One classy lady.
