BARBARA JOYCE HEDRICK, age 78, of Jefferson City, TN passed away at her home on January 25, 2025 after a ten year battle with dementia. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and was retired from Howmet after 25 years of service. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and loved working in her roses. Preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Ruth Kelley; four brothers; one sister; son-in-law, Mike Kearney. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, James Eddie Hedrick; children, Tammy Kearney (Tim Solomon), Tracy Hedrick (Rachael), and Kim Kesterson (Todd); grandchildren, Cynthia (Josh), Kaylee (Anighya Crocker), Mackenzie and Alyssa; sisters, Linda Jones (Ronnie), and Sue Winstead; and several nieces and nephews; and special caregiver, Denene Long. Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Farrar Funeral Home. Service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Charlie Brewer officiating.
