Barbara D. Henry

Barbara D. Henry, 84, of Winchester Virginia, died Tuesday, September 10, 2024. She was born on May 27, 1940 in Winchester, the daughter of Everett Neal and Mary Louise Dolphin. Barbara was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on April 23, 1953. She is survived by her husband Larry and their daughter Elisabeth Louise Henry of Winchester. Barbara was a 1958 valedictorian graduate of James Wood High School. She loved learning and reading. She was a warm-hearted generous person who had a great love for animals. She also enjoyed working in her yard with her flowers and plants. She was salt of the earth. A funeral will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 1pm at Jones Funeral Home with the burial to follow at Mount Hebron Cemetery.
