Barbara Houtman Obituary

Barbara loved reading, traveling as well as attending the activities of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers and sisters, and other cherished family members.
Her survivors include Phyllis Janeczko, Ruth & Phil Woodford, Don Houtman, Linda & Tim Johnson, Sharon & Dennis Herman, 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial will be held on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at 5:00pm at the Trinity Family of Faith Lutheran Church, at 16908 Evans Rd. Basehor, KS 66007. Private burial services will take place at Highland Park Funeral Home.
The family request that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Trinity Family Learning Center Daycare or Alzheimer's Disease Research.
