Barbara Howard Obituary
As a career C.N.A., Barbara was known for her tireless compassion and the gentle care she provided to those in need. When she wasn't caring for her patients, she found joy in the quiet details of life. She was a gifted creator who spent countless hours crafting intricate miniature dollhouses, drawing, and coloring. An avid reader, she was often found lost in a gripping mystery or a book exploring her deep spirituality.
Above all, Barbara was a woman of family. Her greatest joy and deepest devotion belonged to her grandson, Chase, who was truly the light of her life.
She is survived by her three sons, Dennis Leger, Daniel Leger (Shannon), and Jeremy Leger; and her beloved grandson, Chase Leger.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the service at the Funeral Home.
