Barbara Kelly

Barbara Lyons Kelly, of Mt. Laurel, formerly of Cinnaminson, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025. Daughter of the late Mary and James Lyons, Barbara was born on October 30, 1938, in Philadelphia, PA. She attended Camden Catholic High School and St. Francis School of Nursing. Barbara practiced nursing for many years, ending her career as Student Nurse Coordinator at the Helene Fuld School of Nursing in Camden County. Barbara spent many happy summers with her family in Ocean City, NJ, and was always the last one to leave the beach. She was an avid crossword enthusiast and loved games of all kinds from Bridge to Solitaire. She loved her Phillies, Eagles, and Nittany Lions, and cheered them loyally through their many ups and downs. Barbara is survived by her beloved husband Bill, and her children Scott and Megan. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the Kelly family on Tuesday September 16, 2025, from 10AM-11AM at Sacred Heart Church, 260 High Street, Mt. Holly NJ. A Mass of Resurection for Barbara will immediately follow the visitation at 11AM. Internment is private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Barbara's memory may be made to St. Joseph's Villa, 110 West Wissahickon Avenue, Flourtown PA 19103.
