Barbara Ann Lancaster

Barbara Ann Lancaster, 72, of Erlanger, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly and entered into the presence of the Lord on Sunday, December 7, 2025. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to the late Henry and Betty Vorholzer. Barbara was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Daniel Lee Lancaster.

She leaves behind her loving son, Danny Lancaster (Alissa), and her cherished grandsons, Trip and TJ Lancaster. She is also survived by her sister, Connie Knochelman (Jim), nieces and nephew Dawn, Brandi, Brian, and her brother, Allen Vorholzer.

Barbara enjoyed crocheting and watching game shows, but her greatest happiness came from spending precious time with her grandsons, whom she adored deeply.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 U.S. Highway 42, Florence, Kentucky 41042. Immediately following the service, Barbara will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband at Highland Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.
