Barbara McGill of Brookfield, OH, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at Geauga Regional Hospital in Chardon. She was 92 years old. Barbara was born November 16, 1916 in Sharon, PA the daughter of the late John and Barbara (Lucich) Fabyancic and lived in the Brookfield area all of her life. Barbara was a self employed musician for 60 years. Music was her life and she enjoyed playing and teaching piano and loved being part of the Brookfield Community. She was a member of the Croation Fraternal Union and the American Federation of Musicians. Barbara is survived by a two sons Ron (Margaret) Losik of Auburn Township and Terry (Kathy) McGill of Niles; five grandchildren, two step grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; and by a cousin Bernie Lucich of Irvine, CA. Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 16, 2009 from noon until 1PM in the Lane Funeral Homes, Madasz Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at 1PM Monday, March 16, 2009 in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Brookfield Township Cemetery.

I am so sorry to hear about your mother. Since my mother passed away in 1974, your mom called me through the years just to see how we were doing. That meant a lot. Know my thoughts and prayers are with you.
