Barbara Lovett Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Lovett, who left us peacefully on December 14, 2025, just shy of her 74th birthday. Barbara was born on December 25, 1951, in Elkhart County, Indiana, and spent her life in the beautiful town of Goshen. Barbara worked as a laborer in cabinet manufacturing, a job she took great pride in. Even without a diploma, she showed us all that determination and hard work truly matter. Family was everything to Barbara.
She is survived by her son Frank Bolton and her beloved grandchild, Jericah Bolton. Barbara cherished her time with them and made countless memories that will be held close to their hearts. Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Lovett, mother, Charlene (Wilcox) Lovett, and brothers James Lovett, Davis Price, Denny Lovett.
Outside of work, Barbara had a passion for reading, solving puzzles, and spending time in nature. She loved bird watching and fishing, often finding peace and joy in the great outdoors.
Visitation will be held at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home Inc. on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, where friends and family can gather to share stories and remember the wonderful woman Barbara was.
Barbara will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her loving spirit and the joy she brought to those around her. Rest easy, Barbara. You've left us with a lifetime of memories.
