Only daughter of Charles Forrest and Louise Anthony Baker. Beloved wife to John Sylvester Minton of 48 years. Mother of Erin Christine Apollo and Nicole Apollo Fields. Grandmother of Erica Nicole Bisch. Great Grandmother of Jackson Anthony Bisch and Olivia Nicole Bisch. Extremely devoted to her family. When it was nice outside she loved to garden and go for long walks. She also loved to research and write about health topics and work 2000+ piece puzzles. Her decades long career started with teaching high school English and, in the later years, working as a school psychologist for the St. Louis Public School system. She also owned 4 plant shops in between, as being around greenery brought her so much joy.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hedges-Scott-Millard Funeral Homes, 514 Highway 42, Osage Beach, MO 65065 (573) 348-3232. Condolences may be left online for the family at www.hedgesscottmillard.com.
