Barbara Ann Muench, born on June 17, 1959, peacefully passed away on January 26, 2025. A beloved figure in her community, Barbara dedicated many years of her life to her role as a Manager at Servatii's Bakery, where her warm spirit and dedication to quality made a lasting impact on both her colleagues and the customers she served.

Barbara was the devoted wife and best friend of Donald for 33 years and cherished mother of Julie Petrie and Brian (Erika) Petrie, who held a special place in her heart. As a grandmother, she took immense joy in the lives of her granddaughters, Winnie and Hazel Petrie, nurturing them with love and wisdom. Her mother, Jeanette Donaldson, and her aunt, Joan McGraw, survive her, as do her brother-in-law Jason Muench and sister-in-law Christina Muench. Barbara also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews, including Shylynn, Shawn, Nathan, and Olivia, as well as numerous cousins, among them Bruce, Jeff, Doug McGraw, and Elizabeth Jayasinghe.

Her circle of friendships was vast and supportive; dear friends Linda Wallace, Jean Martini, Susan Evans, and Nancy Smith stood by her side through thick and thin, a testament to her ability to forge deep and lasting bonds. Barbara’s two beloved doggies, Chloe and Marshal, were constant companions who brought joy to her daily life.

Barbara's legacy is enriched by the memories of those who preceded her in death. She was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Katie Petrie, and her father, William Donaldson. Additionally, her brother, John Donaldson, celebrated uncle Jack McGraw, and cousin Julie McGraw all carry her spirit in their memories. In her life and after, Barbara will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family and friends, as well as for the indelible mark she left on all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Private ceremony to be held at a later time with the family.
