Family and friends will honor and celebrate Barbara's life at the Evans Life Celebration Home, 16924 York Road, Monkton, MD 21111 on Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. with a Funeral Service beginning at 1:00 P.M. Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery. If desired, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
