Barbara Elaine "Elaine" Pack

Barbara "Elaine" Pack, 85, of Danville, Virginia, passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus in the early hours of June 2, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on May 1, 1940, Elaine lived a life full of warmth, joy, and grace. She was a devoted housewife, worked at Boeing, and later retired from Harris Corporation. She also served as a Boy Scout Den Mother and Eau Gallie Little League softball coach. Elaine had a passion for thrifting, a deep love for all things pink, football, and never turned down a good cup of coffee.

Elaine will be remembered for her infectious laughter, her joyful spirit, and her unwavering kindness. She always found the good in others and never spoke a harsh word. Her love for Jesus was evident in the way she lived-sharing her faith not just in words, but through her actions, compassion, and the way she treated everyone around her. She embraced her faith at Bethany Church with joy, spreading kindness to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Elaine, lovingly known to her family as Mama Ruda, Baba, and Grandma, cherished her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her love and devotion to her family and friends were unconditional, filling their lives with precious memories that will be remembered always. She especially treasured the adventures she shared with her "Ya-Ya's", filling hearts and creating memories that will never fade.

Elaine is survived by her beloved children: Lori Frame, Greg (Vickie) Pack, and Jamie (Jamie) Elkins; her cherished grandchildren: Justin, Kirsten, Josh, Victoria, Jarrett, Jason, and Ainsley; great-grandchildren Jordan, Alessa, Nolan and Gavin; her brother, Kenneth; and many other loving family members who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ronnie; her parents Elbert and Hazel Price; her brother Gary Price; and her sister Evelyn Markowski.

A celebration of Elaine's life will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Bethany Church, 1100 Dorchester Avenue, Melbourne, Florida 32904. A viewing will begin at 10:00 am, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am. A reception will immediately follow at the church. The burial will take place at 2:30pm at Florida Memorial Gardens. All are welcome to attend.

In honor of Elaine's love for the color, guests are encouraged to wear PINK. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CITA Rescue Misson/Helen's House, or Village Thrift, causes close to her heart.
