Barbara Pharo Obituary
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Ray Pharo; her son, Brandon Michael West; and her parents, Robert and Edna Seviour; her siblings Cathy and Jeanie.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Stephanie Seviour ; her grandchildren, Kurt Flood and Juliette Seviour; her brothers Mikey and Eddie; and her sister Alien; her stepsons Bradley Pharo (Allison) and Michael Pharo (Laura).
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 10600 Taylorsville Road. A graveside service will follow at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Jeffersontown Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Barbara, please visit our floral store.

Barbara, you were always a second Mom to me. I´ve known you for forever and have so many fond memories, like the time I gave you that perm before the Gaslight festival. Haha. There are so many more memories that I´ll cherish forever. I´ll always think of you and will miss you so much. I love you so much! My life wouldn´t have been the same without you. Love you, Mom!
