Barbara R. Roberts

Barbara R. Roberts age 88 of Upper Sandusky, died at her residence on July 17, 2025. She was born Dec. 22, 1936 in Upper Sandusky to the late Vincent and Vina (Hoerr) Brooks. She married Alfred Roberts on Apr. 28, 1956, he preceded her in death on June 21, 1995. Surviving are her children Cathy Roberts, Findlay and Charles (LaDonna) Roberts, Carey, a dear companion Bert Adams, Upper Sandusky, grandchildren Christina Day, Valerie Mullholand and Michelle Morral, great grandchildren Taylor, Peyton, Ava, Emmett, Boyd, Jay, Marshall, Lennox and Kinslee. She is preceded in death by her brothers Paul, Alfred and David Brooks and a sister Margaret Rowland.
Mrs. Roberts was member of Trinity United Church of Christ where she was a former Bible and Sunday School Teacher, member of the women's guild of the church and was the church librarian. She was a homemaker, had been employed by First Building and Loan for 4 years, and retired from South School, Upper Sandusky as a secretary for 30 years. She enjoyed flower gardening, sewing, playing cards, Scrabble and Words with Friends, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Tues. July 29, 2025 at 11:00AM in the Bringman Clark Funeral Home with Pastor Brad McKibben officiating. Visitation is from 9:00-11:00AM before time of services at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Old Mission Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Wyandot Co.
