Barbara Ann Ruff, Age 69, of Saginaw, Michigan, died on Monday, September 29, 2025 at Saginaw Senior Care.

Barbara was born on March 5, 1956 in Au Gres, Michigan, to Rufus D. And Bett J. (Shook) Politte. She graduated from Standish-Sterling High School.

During her life, Barbara loved fishing, nature walks, hunting the shores for Petoskey Stones, antique shopping, and bottle digging. She also loved her family more than anything.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, William Ruff, Jr.; children, Tomas (Nikki) Hare, Jason Kiczenski, Josh Kiczenski; grandchildren, Austin (Shelby) Hare, Evelynkay Thornton, Devyn Hare, Adrianna Symons, Kaleb Hare, Lillianna Hare, Collin Kiczenski, Gage Helfrecht, Mya Helfrecht, Kelsie, Rylie, Hayden, and Logan Symons; great grandchildren, Makenzy Hare, Brentley Hare, Braelynn Brace, Aiden Hare, Elias Hare; siblings, Randy, Laura, Patty (Jounior), Ken, Steve (Tammy), Scott (Becki); sisters-in-law, Theresa, Rhonda, and Betty; mother-in-law, Barbara; special friend, Jessie ; as well as many other loving family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her children, Robin Lynn and Terry Norton Hare; father-in-law, William Ruff, Sr.; sister, Mary; and sister-in-law, Trish.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Monica, from Residential Hospice, for all of her care and amazing compassion.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 3:00pm at McGeehan Funeral Homes, St. Charles Chapel. The family. Will receive friends from 12:00pm until the time of service.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the wishes of the family.
