Barbara Ann "Barbie" Shaffer

Ms. Barbara Barbie Ann (Mighton) Shaffer, of Painesville, Ohio, born on February 25, 1951 in Cape Coral, Florida, to the late Alta Mae Mighton and the late Philip Nelson Mighton, passed away at age 67 on June 11, 2018 in Cape Coral. She was a hairstylist until retiring in 2010. Barbara was the beloved wife of Ted E. Fischer Sr.. She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Ann OHara (Kevin Joseph OHara) and Ashley Hope Wenger (Michael Keith Wenger); stepson, Ted E Fischer Jr. ( Cyndi Fischer); brother, Timothy Richard Mighton Carloyn Mighton); grandchildren, Jason Donald OHara, Timothy Patrick OHara ( Jade Nicole OHara), David Joseph Philip OHara, Alexander William OHara, Emily Michelle OHara, Jeremy Keith Wenger, Lucas Cole Wenger, and Miley Paige Wenger; and great-grandchildren, Bailey Danielle OHara and Carson Patrick OHara.
