Lynne E. Shaffer

Lynne E. Shaffer, 82 of Elmore, OH died Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Genoa Retirement Village, Genoa, OH. She was born January 29, 1944 in Toledo, OH to the late Merideth "Red" and Mildred (Gingrich) Rex. Lynn spent most of her working years as an interior decorator, most recently working for Spieldinner Floor and Home, Fremont, OH. On February 13, 1981 she married William 'Bill" Shaffer who preceded her in death October 18, 2018. She was a member of Delta Chi Chapter (Elmore, OH) of the Sigma Alpha Foundation Corporation Sorority.

Survivors include her son Chris (Robin) Crozier; grandchildren: Jason & Kelly Crozier; stepchildren: Timothy Shaffer, Julianne (Armando) Bejarano, and Jennifer (Daniel) Weirich; step-grandchildren: Braden Bejarano, Carmen Bejarano, Jordan (Edin) Bukva & Casey Williams; great-grandchildren: Maddie & Tyler, and Lela Bukva; and sister Jill Damschroder.

There will be no services for Lynne as cremation has taken place under the direction of Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elmore- Genoa Chapel.
