Barbara Joan Sobel

Barbara Sobel (nee Slutz), passed away Friday, November 7,2025. She was born April 2, 1936, to the late Alvin and Helen (nee Lee) Slutz. Beloved wife of the late Manuel Sobel, devoted mother to Kathy (Alonzo) Foreman, Michael (Janice) Sobel, and Julie (Andy) Cvitkovich. Dear sister of the late Jerry (Harriet) Slutz. Loving grandmother to 6 grandchildren and great-grandmother to 4 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10 at 12:30PM at Weil Kahn Funeral Home (8350 Cornell Rd. Cincinnati, OH. 45249). Guests will be received from 12PM until the time of service. Burial will follow immediately at United Jewish Cemetery Montgomery (7885 Ivygate Ln. Cincinnati, OH. 45242). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SPCA.
