Barbara Steward Obituary
Barbara was born to Billy Ray Carter and Sondra Polson in Cleburne, TX on December 24th, 1956 and raised in Burleson. She graduated from Burleson Highschool in 1975 and later married Terry Steward in 1980. Barbara worked various jobs in the travel industry and remained for over 30 years at BCD Travel.
Barbara was fun loving and loved to be around her family and friends. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Burleson, TX. Barbara loved cooking, gardening, swimming and traveling.
She is survived by her husband Terry Steward, stepdad James Allen of Burleson, TX, children Aaron Greene and wife Michelle of Burleson, TX, Lacey McMullen of Burleson, TX and step-daughter Shaun Gilland of Willspoint, TX, five grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and 3 step great-grandchildren as well as her sisters Susan and brother-in-law Victor Vargas of Fort Worth, TX and Deanna Mullins of Burleson, TX.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents, Billy Ray Carter and Sondra Allen.
