Mrs. Vogler was born in Frankfort, Kentucky on August 24, 1945, to the late Edward Toppass, Sr., and Elizabeth Yount "Tootie" Toppass. She retired as a payroll office manager from the Kentucky State Finance and Administration Cabinet. Mrs. Vogler was a member of Antioch Church.
She is survived by her son, Sawai Vogler (Karisia); brothers, Eddie Toppass and Raymond Toppass (Carolyn); sisters, Kathryn Hulker (Danny) and Evelyn Freedman; daughter-in-law and caregiver, Christy Bailey; grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Katelyn, and Paul Allen; and by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Joseph Vogler; son, Harold R. Bailey; and by one brother and two sisters.
Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons and nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be her granddaughters and nieces.
Flowers are welcome, and expressions of sympathy may be made to Antioch Church.
Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory.
