Barbara Wallace Obituary
Kay was born in Shelby County on March 23, 1949, to the late Edgar and Dorothy Campbell Wentworth. She retired from the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She enjoyed reading and working in her yard and flower gardens in her spare time. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. Most of all, she loved her family. Kay's kindness, generosity, and love for her family will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Caudle (John); three brothers, Glynn Wentworth, Wayne Wentworth, and Doug Wentworth; and several nieces and nephews whom she loved as her own.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Bessie Cook and Agnes Thornton, and seven brothers, Wallace Wentworth, William Wentworth, Willard Wentworth, Wesley Wentworth, Jerry Wentworth, Scott Wentworth, and RJ Wentworth.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home and Crematory.
