Barbara Wiggins Obituary
Barbara Elaine Wiggins, 59, of Bolivar, passed away Monday, December 9, 2024 at her home.
A native and life-long resident of Hardeman County, she was the widow of Gary Wiggins, Sr., who departed this life on October 9, 2021. They were married on November 9, 1984.
Barbara had worked in assembly at DeVilbiss in Jackson and attended Forest Hill Pentecostal Church. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Natalie; and her mother, Ruby Crum Smith.
She is survived by her son, Gary Wiggins (Whitney) of Selmer; grandsons, Matthew and Luke Wiggins, both of Selmer; father, Billy Kelley, Sr. (Jackie); sister, Carol Malone (Michael) of Toone; brother, Billy Kelley, Jr., also of Toone; close cousins, Annette Simer, Tammy Rimer, Bubba, Timmy and Scotty Hooper; and special friend, Vicki Hedrick of Ashland, MS;
Memorials may be sent to the Toone Fire Departments, c/o City Hall, Toone, TN 38381.
Following her service, the family and friends will gather at Forest Hill Pentecostal Church, 20205 US Highway 64 W, Bolivar, TN 38008. There will not be a committal service at the graveside.
