Barbara J. (Ray) Wininger, 90, passed away at her Washington residence during the evening of May 1, 2025. Her family was by her side. She was born in Washington on September 27, 1934, the daughter of Leonard and Alma (Fields) Ray. On January 5, 1952, Barbara married Robert "Bob" Wininger and together they made a loving home for themselves and their daughters.
A devoted member of our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Barbara was educated in the Washington Catholic Schools. She was steadfast in her Catholic faith and cherished the time she spent in prayer and worship. Barbara was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister.
