Barry Cronauer

Barry Lee Cronauer, 80, of Ford City, formerly of Somerset, died May 21, 2024, at his home. Born April 15, 1944, in Spangler, he is the son of Method Francis and Ruth Susan (Nedimyer) Cronauer. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James A. Cronauer; and infant brother, Ronald Cronauer. Survived by his wife, the former Bonnie Elva Kitchen; children, Ronald Lee Cronauer and wife, Michelle, of Kittanning, Joseph Dale Cronauer and fiancee, Renae Hutsell, of Spring Lake, NC, and Kimberly Diane Ault and husband, Todd, of Saltsburg; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Barry worked until his retirement in supply logistics and property management, for the federal government, and was a life member of the Washington Township Fire Company. No viewing or visitation; a private service will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Interment Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
