Barry was a man of music and joy. He loved to sing and was known for his bold fashion sense, effortlessly pulling off any style he tried. Above all, he was a devoted family man who cherished the time spent with his children and grandchildren. To Barry, family extended beyond blood-if you were a friend of his children or his mother, he welcomed you as one of his own. A dedicated member and deacon of Mesa Baptist Church, Barry was a pillar of kindness and community.
Barry was preceded in death by his father, Clyde M. Dillon, and his brother, Bill Dillon.
He is survived by his son, Tyler C. Dillon (Joy); his daughter, Kristen H. Beard (Brennen); his mother, Dorothy Laseter Dillon; and his grandchildren, Russ Dillon, Bryce Beard, and Evelyn Beard. Also left to cherish his memory is the mother of his children, Cindy Ginn, along with a host of loving family members, friends, and extended family.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chad Dillon, Todd Dillon, Clay Dillon, Dan Hawn, Jason Dillon, and Jay Mabry.
