Barry Keith Radil

Barry Keith Radil, 69, of Boise, Idaho, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born October 13, 1955, at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Barry was the beloved son of Donald and Carol Radil. He grew up in Minnesota and graduated in 1974 from Jefferson High School in Alexandria.

After graduation, Barry moved to Boise, Idaho, where he built a life filled with hard work, friendship, and a deep love for the outdoors. He worked for many years in masonry, where his skill and dedication left a lasting mark on the community. In his free time, Barry could often be found hunting, fishing, skiing, gardening and enjoying the beauty of nature. He cherished time spent with friends and family and was known for his easy smile, generous spirit, and willingness to help others.

Barry is survived by his life partner, Julia Johnson; his daughters, Desiree (Craig) Bergmann and Autumn (Nick) Delffs; his son, Jacob (Azra) Radil; and his treasured grandchildren, Yamuna Delffs and Madhavi Priya Delffs. He is also survived by his mother, Carol Radil; his siblings, Terry (Karen) Radil, Denise (Gregg) Stoen, and Lori (Chris) Zeman; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Radil; his brother, Timothy Radil; and his grandmother, Rose Radil.

Barry's family and friends will remember him for his humor, his kindness, his laughter and his steadfast love for those close to him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held in Boise, Idaho, on Friday, September 26th at Borah Park from 4-7pm for friends, family and community and a service in Alexandria, Minnesota, and interment at Lake Mary Cemetery, TBA
