Bart McHenry

With deep sorrow, but also rejoicing that he is home now, I share the passing of my twin brother, Bart McHenry, who left this world on August 18,2025. From the moment we were born, Bart and I shared not only a birthday but a lifelong bond that can never be broken. He was, my built-in best friend, and my constant companion through every season of life.

Bart also shared a special bond with our older sister, Sheron McHenry who was ten years ahead of us but always close in heart. Together, we made up a family that faced both joys and hardships, and even after the loss of our parents, Nick B.McHenry Jr. and Dorothy M.McHenry. Mom and Dad prayed for 2 kids, and the prayer was fulfilled on the first try. Bart carried their love forward in the way he cared for those around him.

Bart had another brother Nick B.McHenry III. Bart also left many nieces, and nephews that loved him dearly.

There is no doubt that Bart is dancing with Jesus; Our Lord and Savior. As I remember our last conversation; it was about Heaven and how glorious it was going to be trying to imagine Heavens beauty and getting to see mom and dad and Carolyn Ford; our other sister. Bart loved animals and I know he is getting plenty of kisses from past pets..

Bart will be remembered for his kindness, his honesty, and the way he could light up any room. His absence leaves a space that words cannot fill, but his love and the memories we shared will always remain with us.

A celebration of life to honor Bart's homecoming will be held from 6-8:30pm on September 3rd,2025 at Paint's Underground Pizza 5001 John Stockbauer Dr. in Victoria,Tx. Where all who knew him are welcome to gather, remember, and honor the incredible brother and friend he was.
