Beatrice "Kay Boston, 80, of Adel, IA, passed away, Friday, March 27, 2026 at UnityPoint Health - Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. A visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. with a Rosary beginning at 4:00 P.M., Sunday, March 29. 2026 at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home in Adel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 A.M., Monday, March 30, 2026 at St. John's Catholic Church in Adel. Interment will be held at the Waukee Cemetery in Waukee, IA. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.caldwellparrish.com
