Beatrice Schill Obituary
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 29, 2025 at St. James Catholic Church, Vesper with visitation from 9:00 am until the time of service. Rev. Leo Raphael will officiate. Burial will follow at Arpin Cemetery. Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Beatrice was born on July 27, 1930 in Wisconsin Rapids to Anton and Eleanore (Schuneman) Schudy. She was united in marriage to Theodore "Ted" Schill on June 18, 1949 at St. Dominic's Catholic Church in Sheboygan. He passed away on October 23, 2002.
Beatrice worked as a babysitter and a cook at Bethel. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Peter (Mary) Schill of Pittsville, Maria (Michael) Larson of Wisconsin Rapids, Beatrice (James) Viergutz of Marshfield, Paul (Sharon) Schill of Arpin, very special friend, Joanne Arndt of Wisconsin Rapids, 16 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren.
She is further survived by her brothers, Robert Schudy and Jack (Terry) Schudy, and sister, Ruth Quinnell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Rose Porter, grandchildren, Thomas and Theodore who died together at birth, brother, Thomas Schudy, sisters, Betty (Robert) Nelson, Mary (Daniel) Baier, Catherine (Ronald) Halbur, Eva (Verna) Kulhanek, and Margaret Becker, sister in law, Donna Schudy, and brother in law, Robert Quinnel Sr.
