Funeral services for Beatrice A "Aunt Bea" Warner, 95, of Malone will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024 at 12pm at Frary Funeral Home with Deacon Brent Charland officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery on Lake Titus Road following the funeral. Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Bea passed on November 27, 2024 at Alice Hyde Medical Center.
Aunt Bea was born on March 6, 1929 to the late Joseph Brooks and Adeline (Spinner) Brooks in Malone New York. She graduated from Franklin Academy. On September 29, 1951, she married Loren B Warner at St. John Bosco Church with Father Rudd officiating. She went to work for Alice Hyde Medical Center as a laundry aid. She was a member of the Franklin Trail Riders and the Malone Moose. Aunt Bea loved to watch her favorite team the New York Mets along with many other games, play bingo and enjoyed her trips to the casino twice a year.
Aunt Bea is survived by her half-brother; George Brooks of Brushton; sisters Shirley Haywood of Massena and Linda Reault of West Hartford CT and a sister-in-law Alice Brooks and several nieces and nephews. Bea is predeceased by her siblings/step siblings; Wilfred, Raymond, William, Francis, Kenneth, Adrian, Arthur, Norman, Abraham, Ida, Victoria, Bertha, Theresa, Pauline, Dorothy, Geraldine, Sandy, Susan and Madeline.
Memorial donations may be given in Aunt Bea's memory to Malone Fire and Rescue.
