Thank you for the beautiful memorial. I so wish I had known her better, I´ve heard so much from Brooke about Becky, what a remarkable adventurous soul. It has been a pleasure to have known her even from afar. Love, Eleanor Bliss

Sending my love and condolences. Becky kindly shuttled me and Abby from school to swim practice and ensured we were fed and did homework in between.

Becky took one of my classes at the U - "Mina Loy and Friends" Becky's passion for the avant-garde was infectious -- what a bright open spirit. I am lucky to have had her pass through my life.

Becky was remarkable in every way: a brilliant student, a fabulous presence, a kan extremely community-oriented and giving person, a uniquely astute observer of the universe, a besotted grandmother, a loving mother and sister. We were so very lucky to have her in our Creative Writing Program at the University of Utah for a while -- she was a tremendous gift to any classroom, any meeting, any event. And she produced amazing things! Her Book Arts moon project was a favorite, but there were so many wonderful artifacts and poems . . . .I've missed her presence in the classroom; I'm not sure how I'll get used her absence in our now permanently diminished world. My heart goes out to her no doubt bereft children, grandchildren and siblings (as well as their partners), but how lucky they've been to have had her as their sister, grandmother and mother.

I was so sad to come across this today. Becky and I were buddies growing up in the avenues spending time in each others homes during high school. She was a quick, bright mind and her mom and I became quite close. Her parents and mine were close for years as well. I am so sorry for your loss, Brook, Joey, Nan and Tom. She will always be in my memories as a dear friend when I really needed one.
Fondly, Holly Williams Schelin
