Bejay Jenkins Dasher, born on April 4, 1974, passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2024. She touched the lives of many with her vibrant personality and unwavering spirit, leaving behind a legacy that will not be forgotten.
Bejay was a 1992 graduate of Glennville High School. She was employed at Akima at Ft. Stewart, where her colleagues knew her as a hardworking and determined individual. Her professional life was characterized by her commitment to excellence and her genuine care for those around her.
Bejay was known for her radiant smile and the ability to brighten any room she entered. Her family and friends admired her zest for life. Outside of work, she cherished moments spent with her family, whether it was hiking through nature, enjoying the beach, skiing in the winter, or simply embracing the outdoors. Bejay had an enduring love for music. However, her greatest pride and joy was her daughter, Lexi. As a devoted mother, Bejay's love for Lexi was evident in all that she did, uplifting and supporting her in every endeavor.
Her genuine personality and warm presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the fortune of knowing her. Bejay was a vibrant soul who brightened the lives of those around her.
She is preceded in death by her father, Mike Jenkins, bonus Dad, Bobby Nelson, paternal grandparents, E.K. and Betty Jenkins, maternal grandfather, Jack Rimes and a nephew, Michael Stanfield.

Visitation will begin at 4:30 pm, Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Brannen Family Funeral Services. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, September 26, 2024 at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services. Burial will follow at Glennville City Cemetery.
