Belinda Sue Forga

Belinda Sue Forga was born June 30, 1961, in Shattuck, Oklahoma to Jack and Beulah Enfield. She passed away peacefully at her home March 11, 2023 in Belleville, Arkansas.
Belinda was the fourth of five children and grew up in Shattuck and graduated from high school there in1979. She married Mike Forga on June 8, 1988 in Oklahoma City. Belinda welcome Mike's daughter, Tina, as her own. Mike preceded her in death in 2013 and Tina in 2016.
Belinda graduated from Oklahoma City Community College with a degree in nursing and worked as an RN for over 30 years. She was interested in exploring different areas of nursing and always chose challenging areas in which to work: a liver transplant surgical team, a burn unit, critical care, mental health, and home health.
Belinda loved all creatures great and small, but especially dogs and horses. She worked as a vet tech while in high school and enjoyed every moment.
Belinda leaves to mourn her, brothers, Bill Enfield of Sacramento, CA.; and Shannon Enfield of Moore, OK.; sisters, Barbara Patterson of Kingfisher, OK.; and Jackie Enfield of Denison, TX.; and nieces and nephews.
The family wants to recognize two of Belinda's good friends who have helped her and been her support over the past few years, Ben Graves and Linda Dewitt. Thank you so much for loving our sister.
Belinda wished to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a future date at Mount Magazine.
