Robert Lee "Chaulk" Thompson

Robert Lee Thompson "Chalk" age 84 of Russellville, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025. He was born September 9, 1941 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to Sutha and Bessie Lee Thompson. He was a retired truck driver for over 30 years. Robert was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Hellen Jane Thompson; two sons, Broderick Willis, Wayman James and a grandson, Kilo James.

Survivors include his seven children, Dennis Thompson of Atlanta, Georgia and his three children, Danetra, Danesha, Dennis Jr.; Jovanna Willis of Russellville, Arkansas and her four children, Candy, Lycia, Ananda, Qwan; Tyrone Willis (Lori Gattis) of Russellville, Arkansas, his seven kids, Tyrone Jr., Jaelynn, Zaryiah, Justiz, Zerrick, Taylee, Ryder; Marty Stewart of Hot Springs, Arkansas and his daughters, Shaylea, Shanden; Tiffany Thompson of El Dorado, Arkansas and her three children, Za'Kaya, Jayveion, I'yanna; two more children in California; eighteen grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, December 12, 2025 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle, Arkansas with Rev. Dorcy officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service. Burial will be in Oak Ridge/Nebo Cemetery in Dardanelle.
