Ben was a vert talented man. He was introduced to me by my sister. Ben was making flower arrangements for my sister and he did such a good job. I really didn't know Ben that well but I asked her do you think he'd make one for me? He did make a beautiful silk flower arrangement for my dining room table. The arrangement is now over the china cabinet. Ben always had a smile on his face no matter where you saw him. Rest easy my friend. You are missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Ben a bit over the last couple of years. He was always willing to provide information and work with agents on sales even when it seemed like a deal would never come through. He will be missed.

I met Ben a little of 2 years ago when I was the concierge at 1010 Midtown, right off the rip he was extremely nice and funny. He made orchid arrangements for the front desk and then started making me some. We became friends and then I went to a new bldg where Ben also sold condos, every time he visited he would leave me with some "Benjamins". I last got a text from Ben that simply said..LOVE YOU GIRL on 1-27-24. I will miss you Ben but I know you are having the time of your life.

Ben was our most cherished neighbor. He lit up our day with surprise orchids, and we loved passing by him and his fur babies in the hall. Every conversation was memorable, and he was truly one of the foundational people in our building. He is genuinely loved and will be missed. Sending our thoughts and prayers to his loved ones and family.
