Benjamin James Linscott, 42, died peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024 at his home in Manchester, New Hampshire. Benjamin (“Ben”) was born on October 1st, 1981 in Nashua, New Hampshire, the youngest son of James Edward and Jerilyn Linscott.
Ben graduated from Nashua High School in 2000 and went on to attend the University of New Hampshire - Durham. Shortly after finishing his schooling, Ben discovered an interest in the field of Environmental Health and Safety. Ben was a highly respected and valued employee at Covaris in Woburn, Massachusetts.
A skilled musician and an avid hiker, Ben also had a passion for model building. With an eye for detail and the necessary patience and precision, Ben excelled at replicating landscapes from popular television and movie sets in his spare time. When not partaking in his many hobbies, Ben enjoyed spending time with his close friends and family, especially his two nieces, Hannah and Lyla.
Ben will be remembered as a lover of music, a talented artist, a loyal friend, a devoted uncle, and a cherished brother and son. Ben was predeceased by his father James in March of 2015. Ben is survived by his mother, Jerilyn, his brother Jason and his wife Courtney, along with their daughter Hannah, and his sister Amy and her wife Rebecca, along with their daughter Lyla; but he will be missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of a formal service, a celebration of life will be held for Ben on February 4th, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 pm at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, New Hampshire. Light refreshments will be provided from 3:00-5:00.
