Benjamin Jude Wahab

Sweet baby Benjamin Jude Wahab passed away on March 4th at 8:23 p.m., cradled in his mother's loving arms and welcomed into the Creator's.

Born at 22 weeks on February 15th at 12:23 p.m. to Haley Tucker Wahab and Benjamin Wahab of Marion, his entrance into this world was truly a labor of love.

Without uttering a word, Jude's testimony for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, was mighty. His arrival mended relationships and called thousands into prayer on his behalf, including those who had never called on the Lord before. During his 17 days on earth, miracles were witnessed daily.

Ultimately, our prayers have been answered - Jude has indeed been healed! We rejoice in knowing we will be reunited with our sweet boy for all eternity.

Jude was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Scott Wahab. He leaves behind a multitude of family who love him: his maternal grandmother, Melia Flowers of Marion, and special Granddaddy, Dan Shelley; his maternal grandfather, Craig Tucker (Carla Dozier) of Marion; uncles Joshua Tucker and Jacob Tucker (Harlie both of Marion; paternal grandmother Susan Terhune of Pittsboro, NC; aunts Naomi Sawyer (Kyle) of New Hampshire and Emily Jakubisin (Daniel) of Blacksburg, VA; as well as many cousins and great-aunts and uncles, and his special "puppy brother" Mickey.

A graveside celebration of life will be held at Galivants Ferry Baptist Church on Sunday, March 8th at 3:00pm
